Visit the Discovery Center and Northfield Mountain tent at Unity Park to find self-guided activities for young adventurers along the river—quests, scavenger hunts, and a Western Abenaki StoryWalk® Mosbas and the Magic Flute by Jesse Bruchac. For thousands of years people have gathered at the Great Falls. The event features live music, drumming, dancing, storytelling, native crafts and food. Kids — grab your family and we’ll go exploring outdoors! All ages welcome. Meet outside the main entrance. Practice examining the natural world with field guides, binoculars, and a fun game. See just how much you can see. Meet at the Discovery Center entrance. Please bring water, bug spray, sunscreen and wear sturdy shoes.
