DESCRIPTION:For our Food\, Farms\, and Factories series\, local author\, Cathy Stanton\, discusses her new book\, Food Margins: Lessons from an Unlikely Grocer. Cathy Stanton is a writer and anthropologist who stumbled into the grocery business as part of a community effort to save a small food co-op in Orange.
